Do you always deliver within an hour?
Our main aim is to deliver your groceries within an hour, so you can manage your time and day with ease and at your convenience. However, there may be some short delays during peak times. If there are any problems with your order we will always call you to make sure you, the customer, are satisfied.
Is there any contact email or telephone number that I can use to get in touch with the Etefy team?
Our customer support lines are open 9am - 5pm. However, we love making use of the latest technology. That is why we count on a live chat system, where you can get in touch with our team and ask about any enquiry that you may have. To do this, look to the bottom right of the page and click the "Chat with us" box.
Do you require photo I.D. on delivery?
For orders totaling £50 and above or orders containing alcohol and cigarettes, we will always ask for photographic identification to be shown on delivery. If you do not present your I.D. on our arrival, we will be unable to deliver your shopping and may charge a delivery fee.
Is it possible to have my shipping delivered at a specified time?
Absolutely, you can select a time (when proceeding to checkout) and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver anywhere in London, within the M25. We will deliver outside of London, but will charge a small delivery fee depending on your location.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we will literally deliver a Mars bar to you with no extra charge. Fantastic, right?
