Etefy has saved me a handful of times and each time the delivery has been on time with no issues but tonight i’ve had the worst pain with stomach ulcers and I cannot express how patient and helpful the young lady l spoke to was in making sure they had the right medication in stock (gaviscon) and getting the delivery to me quickly without me even asking. I had to call about 4 times while ordering as i was having trouble finding the item on the site but the lady i spoke to was polite, calm and collected. I can’t commend her and etefy enough for their great customer service especially as I was a naggy customer. Will always use etefy and recommend them to everyone after this there was no way i would’ve been able to walk to the shop in this pain. Thank u etefy JE TrustPilot Reviewer
Etefy have consistently delivered very quickly and are always very helpful when they don't have the right items. They are far better than Prime Now which have a minimum order AND charge £3.99 for delivery (on top of your £7.99 / month Prime membership). I've been using etefy for a few months its quite an addiction, I don't have to go shop anymore its fantastic!! Sometimes an item I order is not in stock but they call and let me know what else I can change it too and all the people I've spoken to that work for the company are more than helpful and very polite.
